After 2 extremely warm days in May, our little plants needed to be transferred from the green house into the Garden. We had plenty of help from the classes that were able to make it out. We transferred 5 different types of lettuce and 4 varieties of tomatoes into the 3 front garden boxes. Then we filled the remaining boxes with melons, beans, snap peas, cucumber, squash, basil, mustard and golden beets.
The strawberry plants we planted a month earlier even had some strawberries to eat. Yum!
